1. "Card-Present Rate" of 1.72% applies to qualified swiped Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that are electronically authorized.

2. Not all existing terminals can be reprogrammed. In some cases, new terminal purchase may be necessary.

3. Funding status on credit card deposits and Fees & Adjustments Download is available only in QuickBooks 2006 or Enterprise 6.0 or higher.

4. Funds generally are deposited into your account within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution and your Demand Deposit Account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your Demand Deposit Account.

5. Support is subject to occasional downtime due to systems and server maintenance and events beyond our control.
