You can be paid online via credit card from any invoice whether it is mailed, e-mailed, faxed or printed—when you also sign up for a QuickBooks Merchant Service account ².  E-mailed customers simply click on a link in the e-mail to go online and pay you.  Mailed, faxed or printed invoice customers have a unique Web address (URL) that they can type into a browser to go online and pay you.  Online payment can be funded faster because there is no mailing or check float time.  Additionally, the payment can be downloaded into QuickBooks, and matched to the appropriate invoice, saving you errors and data entry time.

Deliver Online Customer Self-Service

Give customers access to their own personalized and password-protected Web page where they can pay invoices, view billing history, print invoices, submit inquiries, and more!  They can even save a credit card number to make their payments quickly.²
