Obtaining a voice authorization
You can obtain a voice authorization by calling the following numbers:

An automated Voice Response Unit (VRU) will guide you through the simple steps. Before you call, have the following information on hand:
- Your merchant number. If you do not know your merchant number, please call our customer service at 1-800-558-9558.
- The credit card number, expiration date, and the dollar amount.
When the VRU prompts you to enter the credit card expiration date, enter the month and year:
Example: July 2005 = 0705.
When asked for the dollar amount, enter the information as follows:
Example: $250.50 = 25050
Please wait for the Authorization approval code or decline message. If the card is declined, you must obtain another form of payment.
If the VRU asks you to hold for an operator, continue to hold for operator assistance.
