Handling your customer's request for a transaction copy
A request for a copy of a transaction can be made by your customers any time they question or dispute a transaction. This is referred to as a "Retrieval" request, and it is your responsibility to provide us with a legible copy of the original transaction within 10 days of the requested item. Failing to provide a copy could result in the amount of the transaction being charged back to your account. You are required to retain your transaction copies for a minimum of 3 years.
